Summary (plain language)

We treat client operational information as confidential.

We use data only to deliver services you request.

We do not sell client data or share it for advertising.

You can request a copy or deletion of engagement data (subject to legal/contract needs).

Not legal advice

This page describes our standard practices. Specific confidentiality terms may also be defined in your engagement agreement or SOW.

1) Scope

This Data & Confidentiality page applies to information shared with Rebel Minds Consulting during inquiries, workshops, coaching, assessments, reinforcement cycles, and other advisory services (collectively, “Services”). It is intended to complement (not replace) our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

2) What we may collect during Services

Depending on the engagement, we may collect or create materials such as:

  • Business context shared by leaders (goals, constraints, process realities).
  • Notes from interviews, observations, workshop activities, and reinforcement sessions.
  • Non-diagnostic assessment inputs and results (e.g., self-reports, operational checklists, stability risk indicators).
  • Aggregated and anonymized patterns (e.g., “common overload points” across roles).
  • Leadership-ready summaries, including PSI-style execution stability snapshots (when applicable).

We aim to collect only what is necessary to deliver the Services and produce useful, leadership-ready outputs.

3) How we use client data

We use client information to:

  • Deliver the Services you request and tailor workshops to your environment.
  • Identify overload, drift, and reinforcement needs that undermine execution.
  • Create deliverables such as summaries, implementation checklists, and reinforcement plans.
  • Coordinate scheduling, communications, and engagement logistics.

We do not sell client data. We do not use client operational information for advertising targeting.

4) Confidentiality expectations

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Rebel Minds Consulting treats client engagement information as confidential and restricts access to personnel and contractors who need it to provide the Services.

We may share information only in the following limited circumstances:

  • With your authorization (e.g., you ask us to share a summary with a specific stakeholder).
  • With service providers who support operations (e.g., email, file storage), under reasonable safeguards.
  • When required by law, legal process, or to protect rights, safety, or prevent fraud.

5) PSI-style snapshots & assessment outputs

PSI-style materials (including stability snapshots, risk maps, and executive summaries) are treated as confidential business information. These outputs are designed for advisory and performance improvement use and are non-diagnostic.

Unless otherwise agreed, assessment and snapshot outputs are provided to client leadership for internal use. We recommend limiting distribution to stakeholders with a legitimate need-to-know.

6) Client data ownership vs. Rebel Minds IP

Clients retain ownership of their underlying operational data and internal information shared during an engagement. Rebel Minds Consulting retains ownership of its proprietary methods, frameworks, templates, and tool designs, including (without limitation) the Performance Stability System, Performance Stability Index™ concepts, and related materials.

7) Data retention & deletion requests

We retain engagement data for as long as reasonably necessary to provide Services, maintain records, and comply with legal or contractual requirements. Retention time may vary depending on the engagement type and deliverables.

You may request deletion of engagement data by contacting us. We will honor reasonable requests when feasible, subject to (a) legal obligations, (b) dispute resolution needs, and (c) contractual recordkeeping requirements.

8) Security practices (reasonable safeguards)

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect information from unauthorized access, disclosure, or misuse. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9) Non-clinical, non-medical, non-therapeutic services

Rebel Minds Consulting provides advisory, training, and performance systems services. We do not provide clinical, medical, or therapeutic services, and we do not diagnose medical or mental health conditions.

10) Cross-border and third-party tools

Depending on delivery format, we may use third-party tools (e.g., video conferencing, scheduling, file sharing). When we use such tools, we aim to select reputable providers and apply reasonable safeguards consistent with professional services operations.

11) Changes to this page

We may update this Data & Confidentiality page periodically. Updates will be posted on this page. Continued use of the website or Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

12) Contact

For questions or requests related to client data handling or confidentiality, contact us via the contact page and include “Data & Confidentiality” in your message.

Important: This page is provided for informational purposes and reflects our standard practices. Your engagement agreement (SOW/MSA) may include additional confidentiality terms.

Disclaimer: If you need a formal non-disclosure agreement (NDA) or custom confidentiality language, we can provide it as part of your engagement setup.

Confidentiality in practice

In dealership and operations environments, internal data is sensitive. We design our processes to protect it and to keep deliverables leadership-ready without exposing unnecessary detail.

Designed with stability in mind.
